Sundowns snatch dramatic win as Betway Premiership delivers 13-goal thriller

Sundowns came from behind to edge TS Galaxy 3-2 at Mbombela Stadium, with Sphelele Mkhulise scoring twice late in the match to complete a dramatic turnaround and hand the the Brazilians their first league win of the campaign.

At Seshego Stadium, Polokwane City and Stellenbosch FC played out the most entertaining match of the night, sharing six goals in a 3-3 draw.

Both sides showed attacking intent throughout, with neither able to find the decisive winner.

Chippa United were also forced to settle for a point after Richards Bay fought back for a 1-1 draw at Dobsonville Stadium.

Chippa took the lead before Richards Bay responded shortly after half-time to rescue a valuable point away from home.

Meanwhile, Marumo Gallants and newly promoted Kruger United could not find a breakthrough at Royal Bafokeng Stadium, playing to a 0-0 draw. The result earned Kruger United their first-ever Betway Premiership point.
