Vincent and Emmanuel Tshituka have become the latest South African rugby stars to sign with Roc Nation Sports International, strengthening an agency that is rapidly building an impressive stable of elite talent.
For the Congolese-born brothers, the move is about far more than business.
Family has always been the thread stitching their rugby journey together, from their days at the Lions to becoming influential forwards at the Sharks. Now that bond will continue under the Roc Nation banner.
Vincent, 27, made his Springbok Test debut against Italy last year, while Emmanuel, 26, has featured in national alignment camps as he edges closer to earning his own green and gold opportunity.
Their rise has been built on relentless work ethic, bruising physicality and athletic flair, qualities that have turned the brothers into two of South African rugby’s most exciting forwards.
Vincent said Roc Nation’s commitment to supporting athletes beyond the playing field made the decision an easy one.
“Family is very important to both Manu and I, and we’ve watched how RNSI supports its athletes as individuals both on and off the field. To join the Roc Fam alongside some of the best players in the world is an honour, and we can’t wait for this next chapter.”
Emmanuel believes the partnership aligns with their long-term ambitions.

“We recognised real synergy with the vision of Roc Nation Sports International. It goes beyond player representation and focuses on long-term brand building, storytelling and supporting both the athlete and their families.”
The signings continue a busy recruitment drive for Roc Nation Sports International’s rugby division following the arrivals of Haashim Pead, Oliver Reid, Jaco Williams and Jonathan Roche.
New Head of Rugby Matt Norton described the Tshitukas as exceptional athletes whose story reaches well beyond the touchline.
“Vincent and Manu bring an incredible blend of power and skill. Signing two brothers with such a unique story is special. We want to help our players thrive on the field while expanding their global commercial footprint, and we’re delighted to welcome them to the family.”
In a sport where careers can change with a single collision, the Tshitukas have chosen a path built on something far sturdier. Family remains their strongest foundation, and Roc Nation Sports International is betting that the next chapter of their story has only begun.
