CAPE TOWN – Kaizer Chiefs have bolstered their squad for the 2025/26 season with the signings of three new players.
With the Betway Premiership kicking off next month, the Soweto giants have confirmed the signings of Portuguese striker Flavio Silva from Indonesian club Persebaya Surabaya and 26-year-old former Port Vale midfielder Ethan Chislett.
Amakhosi didn’t stop there, also revealing they have reached an agreement with Portuguese club FC Alverca to sign Durban-born left-back Nkanyiso Shinga.
“These first three signings and more that will follow reflect the Club’s commitment to improving the squad depth and overall performance for the 2025/26 season,” said the Chiefs statement.
“The trio players will travel with the rest of the squad to the Netherlands for a pre-season training camp on Thursday, 3 July.”
