Stormers make it seven out of seven against the Bulls

An injury ravaged Stormers side managed to beat the Bulls for a record seventh time  in a pulsating United Rugby Championship clash at the DHL Stadium in front of close to 42 000 spectators on Saturday night.

Even though the Stormers were outscored by two tries to three, it was a well deserved victory because they were unlucky to have three tries disallowed.

“Yes, It was tough,  Forie said afterwards.

“Credit to the Bulls, but our guys got stuck in and managed to do the job.  We had a huge battle in the scrums. It’s still a long season, but this win puts us in a good posistion. We gonna enjoy Christmas and get back to training on Boxing day,

The first and second try  was  scored by Sulaiman Hartzenberg and Deon Fourie respectively in the first half whilst the third one by Damian Willemse was also not allowed after being reviewed by the TMO.
