The HSBC Ladies Sevens was held for the first time in the Mother City at the Cape Town Stadium over the weekend.
Some of the players took some time out from the rugby to go abseiling on Cape Town’s iconic Table Mountain courtesy of Abseil Africa.
They were blown away by the sheer natural beauty of the Mother City and described their experience as follows on Instagram: “Anxiety, hyperventilation, sheer vertical decents and 1000m above sea level views.”
