Trail Run introduced to Origin Of Trails Experience

Stillwater Sports has expanded the Origin Of Trails mountain bike experience by introducing the Origin Of Trails Trail Run that will take place at Coetzenburg Sports Fields (Stellenbosch) on Sunday, 25 November 2018 (the second day of the 6th annual Origin Of Trails two-day MTB Experience).
“We are excited to invite the trail running community to join in on the action of Origin Of Trails,” says Michael Meyer, Managing Director Stillwater Sports.
“The Origin Of Trails Trail Run will cater for seasoned runners as well as newcomers to the sport. A one day event, entrants can choose between a long route (12km-15km) and a short route (6km-8km).
Stellenbosch boasts a magnitude of unspoiled trails that are challenging, yet rewarding. Each route will encapsulate the splendor of Stellenbosch. Families and friends can look forward to an action packed adventure weekend in the City of Oaks.”

An individual two day MTB stage race, the Origin Of Trails routes highlight the beauty and splendor of the City Of Oaks.
Mountain bikers can look forward to the “once a year opportunity” to experience a vast network of world class trails.

| Start & Finish: | Coetzenburg Sports Fields (Stellenbosch) |
| Start Time / Long Route: | 07:00 in seeded batch starts |
| Start Time / Medium Route: | 07:40 |
| Start Time / Fun Ride: | 08:20 |
ENTRY FEES:
| Option 1: Long (+-50km and +-60km) | R1200.00 |
| Option 2: Medium (+-25km and +-30km) | R1100.00 |
| Option 3: Fun Ride (+-8km and +10km) | R600.00 |
