A Grassy Park family – some supporting the Springboks and the others the All Blacks – decided to get together for a braai to watch the final warm-up game for the Rugby World Cup between rugby’s greatest rivals.
“Our plan was to win the Rugby Championship and to assess the players and we’ve got some good answers from these two games. We’ve got one more game in the Championship and then three warm-up games to complete that process.
Eben Etzebeth is a vastly experienced player with 110 Test caps. He’s captained the Springboks before and he has been with the group of players in New Zealand for over a week, so he is the ideal person to lead the team this weekend.”
