CAPE TOWN – Following a successful Bayhill Premier Cup 2024 Official Launch and Draw that unfolded with precision on Saturday, 02 March 2024, players, coaches, esteemed guests, and dignitaries were immersed in a night of excellence, excitement, and entertainment.

The event was hosted in the Mayoral Banqueting Hall, one of the City of Cape Town’s premium venues.

Mayoral Committee Member for Community Services and Health, Councillor Patricia Van der Ross, highlighted the 35-year legacy of opportunities created by the Bayhill Premier Cup for aspiring football talents. Encouraging players to showcase their skills and believe in themselves, Councillor Van Der Ross instilled confidence and motivation among the participants.
Western Cape Provincial Minister of Community Safety and Police Oversight, Minister Reagan Allen, commended the Bayhill Premier Cup Local Organizing Committee for their significant contribution to football and youth development. Minister Allen emphasized three key aspects:
