Durban – Set to take Durban by storm on Sunday, 08 October 2017 the inaugural FNB Durban 10K CITYSURFRUN boasts an impressive prize purse of R212 000.

The event will also attract an elite field that will target the World’s Best 10km finishing time.”
“Prize money will be awarded to the top ten men’s and women’s finishers in the open category with the overall winners each taking home R25 000,” continues Meyer. “Prize money has also been allocated to the top three finishers in the junior, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70+ age group categories. We expect some impressive finishing times on event day and can’t wait to see whether the FNB Durban 10K CITYSURFRUN will be able to claim the title of ‘fastest 10km in the world’.”
